NE Dog Wash
We first saw a Self-Service Dog Wash unit on a garage forecourt in Spain and thought it was a great idea. On returning to the UK, we researched and found K9000 was the leading brand with the best record for reliability and longevity. We launched our first NE Dog Wash unit in 2021 to test the market. We were blown away with the feedback and the passive income returns, so much so we have added another 7 locations and actively looking for more!
The maintenance is about 10 minutes a week which involves removing the dog hair around the filters, a good clean and product top up.
The Customer feedback has been amazing and it has helped so many people with antisocial dogs, owners with disabilities and also in general saved thousands of dirty cars and bathrooms.

We decided to install the K9000 DIY dog wash at our boarding facility as we were looking for a convenient way to wash the dogs in our care after muddy walks in the field. We had a room set up so it was very easy to install.
The plan was always to have it open to the public and to our regular customers alike. We haven’t done much advertising other than adding signage to our road signs and when initially installed, to a local Facebook group. We see a large number of new and repeat custom and always get positive feedback over ease of use with many customers commenting that they love the fact they don’t have to spend time cleaning up their bath or shower after washing their muddy dog at home. We find that many new customers have come after recommendations from friends or family so word of mouth has certainly helped.
The K9000 is easy to maintain, any issues we have had with the machine have been very easy to resolve, Sarah and Robert are always very quick to respond if we have a question. Maintenance is simple, a few minutes every couple of days or daily if we have a particularly busy spell. Additionally we choose to give it a big clean once a week. As long as you regularly check shampoo and conditioner levels and keep they drain clear of hair it runs smoothly. We have a set of instructions on the wall where the machine sits asking that customers use the last 10s seconds of their timer to clean the machine down with the disinfect setting and to leave the area as clean as they find it and we find most customers do.
We would definitely recommend the K9000 to all sorts of businesses; it’s a great addition to our facility and has certainly had a positive impact.

Mucky Pups Dog Wash
Everything’s great so far, it’s done £560 since we opened to the public just over 3 weeks ago, which is a great first month for us… over time we’re hoping to get up to 8-10 washes per day.
As for the machine itself and the service from you guys, I can’t fault it!
